I have been taking my lawnmower, chain saw, grass trimmer etc there for maintenance, for over 8 years. The owners are very pleasant, pricing is fair and their technicians are capable. I have not had a single bad experience and would happily recommend them.
Made the change from gas to battery. Purchased the RMA 510 Stihl which is their 21" mower. Bought it because it was the lightest weight mower available for a self push battery operated mower, and don't regret it for a second. Super light, quiet, excellent power, big dust filtering bag, easy start, etc. Best thing I've purchased for my medium sized city yard in years. Got the deal that included two batteries.
Needed Techumseh part number 640363, a small plastic elbow. Checked the "big A" delivery that everyone seems to use for everything. First listing was $15.09 plus $5.06 and 8 days delivery. Prices went up from there to as high as $44, free delivery in 7-13 days. Drove over to Ideal, walked in the door and the owner/wife spoke to me immediately.
