Wonderful and Quick Erik was our tech and he was wonderful! The whole staff was very friendly, polite, and very professional. Erik found the problem and fixed it quickly.
Unprofessional, and All Doped Up. Well, I had to give them one star because thats the minimum to write a review. Honestly 1 star is way to many. Ideal services is possibly the biggest con-artist company in town. I actually worked there for a short time, but had to go elsewhere because it was hard to sleep at night, knowing that I completely screwed people. From start to finish they were informative, helpful and professional. We could not be happier with our completed bathroom and highly recommend them anything you need done around your home!
excellent Our heating went out so I called the home warranty company. They sent Ideal Services out to do the repair. When I called to schedule service I was initially told they couldn't be out for 2 days. But when I explained we had no heat or space heaters, they sent someone out later in the day. Erik was our tech and he was wonderful. We left the heat off and when he came he turned it on and of course it worked perfectly and he couldn't find anything wrong.
