Very disappointed. A salesperson was supposed to arrive last Monday. He called to say he had arrived but he was not at my house. Apparently he had arrived at the wrong house. We rescheduled for the following day. I texted when he was 30 minutes late and he texted back to let me know he was still 45 minutes away. I'd prefer better communication with someone I'm trusting to replace a whole roof.
