I would not by any means rent from these scam artists/ slumlords. Most of their houses are ran down inside and out. When ever some thing goes wrong with the house they take forever to come fix it and when they decide to come they do some patch work/low grade work. They are horrible! I wouldn't even give them a half of a star..
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They wil run your credit. Than tell you that the place is yours. Than when you go to set up the time to bring the deposit and sign the lease they say opps sorry we rented it to someone else. Even though they just told u the day before that u got the place. Don't get in this messed up situation like I did. RUN FAR FROM THEM!!!!!
