Representatives claiming to be from "Ideal Property Solutions" are cold calling myself and my partner repeatedly. They are asking to purchase the home we are living in. We have repeatedly asked to be removed from their call list but there has been no change to the incoming calls we receive. This demonstrates a basic lack of human decency and wholeheartedly unethical business practices. If I could rate 0 stars I would - they are likely abusing their call systems. My initial experience to once was wonderful with the office staff. Kristy helped us tremendously and was a true blessing. The follow through has been a nightmare and I would never recommend them to anyone. The owner has been to our house several time with no resolve. After talking to my neighbors, we all feel the same. Kudos to the front end, huge loss for the follow through. Go with anyone else.
