Guys this management company Is the worst management company ever!!!!! They do not fix anything!!! They are slumlords who take advantage of the poor and make them do their own home repairs by denying them home repair services, I’ve heard that the living conditions are so bad they have rat or rotten infections through out their units and homes. I worked with IPM in applying for one of their properties. Ended up not renting but they were excellent in conveying my lease questions and were very flexible. Highly recommend their services.
