A terrible real estate agency. I cannot recommend them.
Michelle is not kind. Even if you ask for repairs, she won't do them at all. I cannot recommend this real estate agency.
My partner and I were trying to rent a unit. In the beginning, the agent and the receptionist were on point in communicating with us. Then after we have submitted our application, all communications were gone. We reached out to them several times via email. I called once and was able to talk to Patty, the receptionist, and she informed me they received the application and she will review it that afternoon and get back to me. A week later, nothing.
