My partner and I were trying to rent a unit. In the beginning, the agent and the receptionist were on point in communicating with us. Then after we have submitted our application, all communications were gone. We reached out to them several times via email. I called once and was able to talk to Patty, the receptionist, and she informed me they received the application and she will review it that afternoon and get back to me. A week later, nothing. I have experience my fair share of property management and you get the same result. Very rude and non caring. You want a property management that makes you feel as if they truly care. And this is it! They get my problems fixed as soon as they can, if we had any. When our car got broken into and my husbands and I had to file a fraud report with his bank. We were such in a hole with rent.
