Efficient and Courteous Josh is a soft-sell, well-informed, extremely courteous broker. Ideal Properties I found in general to have a nice selection of apartments. Josh even managed to help us negotiate a break on the first month's rent, and we got a prorated fee.

Extremely helpful and flexible Noel from Ideal was extremely helpful and flexible throughout our home buying drama. We knew little to nothing going into buying our Bed Stuy condo. Noel helped us get through everything that came up, and was very accessible and flexible with our work schedules.
