IPS was great. I initially spoke to Todd, who was very helpful and accommodating. Adam arrived to do the work. He was on time, worked cleanly, and did exactly the work we wanted. Moreover, during the work, we decided to add a few items to the list, and IPS didn't blink an eye or tell us that they'd come another day; they just accommodated our request. I initially complained about work that wasn’t properly quoted to me prior to doing it and the owner reached out, waived the invoice and noticed a mistake somewhere. Like the earlier review tho, the service techs were really good and knowledgeable at their job and the owner really does care about his reputation and the work he provides to ensure top quality. Thank you.
