Needed a bunch of last minute repairs on my snowblower before the storm. They got it all done on a Saturday and even brought it back to me late Saturday night before the snow started to fall so that I would have it for the storm.
The impeller on my snow thrower stopped during the Christmas Day 2017 cleanup. Frank let me know he was at least a week out in repairs. As the storm on Thu, Jan 4th started to rage, I received a call: it's ready, if want to, come and get it. I didn't want you to not have it in this storm. Now that is service! Thank you Frank and Karen!
