Good luck trying to get through to anyone. What kind of a POS company starts their message when you call with “we are experiencing high call volumes” every single time you call. What a joke of customer service. Waited to talk to someone only to get put on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up.
Amazing staff and Dr.s I've gotta say Ideal options gave me life life back. It's a wonderful treatment center. Whether it be for pain management or opioid dependency. I highly reccomend this facility to family and friends.
Stay away from this place. No one is on the same page, every appt was a complete waste of time with the same scripted questions. Their billing system is pretty much straight robbery in my eyes ($650 for a couple quick assays??!). Worst of all their program simply sucks. They had no clue how to deal with someone who’s already gotten sober. That place made me feel like an active addict all over again because that's the only way they know how to treat you.
I couldnt be more happier to re event my life with the help of ideal options. Ideal options has gave me a new meaning to life. I have dealt with addiction and depression for a while now and with the help of the meds and the therapy I can honestly say I don't see myself going back. It hasn't just changed my life but my family's life as well.
Ideal Opinions is a Game Changer, when it comes to really ending addiction. The staff & Doctors are SO great! My husband felt/feels No judgement during his visits. Which was a huge reason he has continued his healing process. Ideal Opinions has given my Husband his freedom back & has given our family a new lease on life.
