In Wenatchee Washington Ideal Options I feel treated like family. This office is very private with both my possible identification and my information. On a day my reg medical person was not there a super sweet lady who I saw from the Mid West by video and I was so happy by the time I left. She treated me so wonderfully and showed concern like a Sister I could trust. I super enjoyed her! I look forward to coming to my monthly appointment. I’ve always actually enjoy coming to my appointments. They are always really nice, Talkative, It’s actually really good to see them every month. They listen to any questions or concerns I have, They take the time to ask to make sure I understand everything. When the doctor is done that I have to do a video visit, It’s always very pleasant and the The doctor that I see that’s not the regular Dr is always up to speed with what’s going on with my medication.
Best place ever! I loved new start (depending on the doctors which most were awesome and then of course my buddy Mitch who assisted us all that went to New Start but when they closed I was forced to find a new place and ideal options was it! The staff are amazing very helpful the doctor is very engaging and really listens the staff is also bright and cheery very polite and respectful and always puts a smile on my face when I come in and when I go
