RecommendedI joined IN because the weight gained during the pandemic was really getting to me and my health and i needed to reverse this FAST! I joined the KETO meal plan and in a week down 6.5 lbs. The meals are so good and would recommend giving them a try. I will remain buying from them long after my weight is under control.
What a fabulous addition to downtown. Delicious and nutritious meals for $7 a meal and there is no minimum quantity of you pick up. No mess, no cleanup and did I mention the food delish?

Ideal Nutrition is the way to go! The food is delicious and the customer service is great! Brittany has been wonderful with answering all of my questions from start to finish. We have the 12 meal subscription plan. Having it delivered to my house for free each week is amazing! Each meal we’ve tried has been delicious! If you want to give them a try, head to the store in WPB to pick up a meal or two. They are top notch!

I just tried them for the first time from a referral and I’m soooo glad I did! I wanted to start Keto so I ordered a few of the Keto meals to just try it before I order a week’s worth of food. The meals are delicious and very affordable. They were delivered right to my door on Sunday and the gentleman that delivered them even text me to notify me he was on his way. This was a great recommendation and I’ll be ordering them moving forward.
