Horrible company. The aides just sit on their phones and talk all day, they call out from work not through the agency but through your parent so that they can steal time and make your sick/elderly parent find coverage for the day, and they are extremely rude. Do not place this burden onto your loved ones. They do not care about the patient, they only care about that time sheet that needs to be signed at the end of the week so that they can get paid. Miss Williams is very disrespectful and unprofessional and the AIDS are untrained abusive and can not speak English and don't want to wear masks to protect the clients it is sad that these agencies are getting away with this do not send your loved one to ideal nursing agency
