I’ve been an aide with Ideal Nursing Services for over 7 years, and I’ve truly enjoyed every moment. I’ve worked with patients all over D.C., and each experience has always been perfect. My two daughters even attended Cna School for them who then went on to be registered nurse's … this company always try to find solutions and how to solve problems and that’s what make Ideal nursing a great company because they actually care..
Good morning,I Carla Burno have been with Ideal Nursing Services for over 27 years and they have been extremely good to my clients and I have had over 10 patients. Some of them was very hard to work with but because the staff always had told me I have a great personality that I could break the ice with them, and I did (with the exception of 3 patients) but they never gave up on them and still kept working with the patients and kept sending them aides until they were satisfied.
