I’m paying for a used truck that was not suppose to pass inspection had a leaking caliper on back drivers side and a bad caliper on front I replaced the parts cause they didn’t have time or refused to get back to me and yet to pay me back for parts now my transmission is bad after 2 weeks of having my truck and warranty don’t want to pay the 3200 and dealership is saying it’s on warranty only when it’s been 2 weeks under the 30 day mark I do not recommend anyone to get a vehicle through them until they get someone who knows ... read more
RecommendedSuper friendly, super nice. They worked with us to get the vehicle we wanted! I have only met them a hand full of times but I feel like I have known them for years. When you buy a used car you have no idea what you may get as neither do they, and they were completely up front and honest with us. I will definitely keep them in mind if anyone I know is looking for a used car, or myself in the future.
I would have to say great people to work with and can’t not complain very understanding and couldn’t be happier with the choice I made and also believe I made a long lasting friendship outta the deal with a new car so if your looking for your next daily or even fun car drop in they will get you what you want thanks again guys⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

THE WORST PLACE--I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I had a 2007 BMW 328XI that we purchased for more than $6k and it needed $2k with of work. we turned them in, they had to pay, fix, and they also got a citation for what they did. the car was so mechanically bad the NYS inspector said it shouldn't have passed inspection due to the condition the car was in. needless to say, the state inspector cleared the car after they rebuilt the front end (we all know BMW parts are not cheap) but the car still came back worse cosmetically, with a dent a... read more
Biggest rip offs! Check engine lights been on since I bought my car a year ago, they’ve had my car “fixing” it more than it’s been in my driveway. Took my car to Simmons Rockwell and they told me they haven’t touched any parts they claimed they did.. Meaning they are charging my warranty company claiming their fixing parts that they aren’t even touching. Refused to give me all my legal paperwork to my car, I called and payed the state to send me copies of all of it. Come to findout, they lied about the price of my vehicle on... read more
2 months later engine light on, they forged our signature for the dmv paperwork told us about it and laughed, refused to fix the problems that we had with the car before it came off the lot. Steadily refusing to give us copies of all paperwork we signed. And told us we didn't need a inspection if we were driving on a temporary registration won't pay the ticket they got us. but refuses to admit there wrongs and fix there mistakes...oh yea and I'm blood family...
