Ideal Weight Loss is simply an AMAZING program!!!!!! I started this program the last week of Jan (2014) and I am down 95.8 Lbs and have lost 55.5 inches.....I can't thank my coach ( Linda) & staff enough for all the support and guidance through this wonderful journey.... I lost 120 pounds on this program. I encourage anyone looking to lose weight to go check out this program. It is not a "diet" it is a retraining and a WAY OF LIFE.
