I have been on the ideal protocol for 1-1/2 years. The staff has always been friendly warm and caring. The clinic is always stocked with the products need for success.

Love this plan! Was on it for awhile 2 years ago but had to go off for medical recovery. Haven't gotten back to it, but lost 48 lbs which I have kept off. Still more to lose, so will be getting "back on the horse". Was not hungry with all the free choices! Felt great
Thank you to Shannon and everyone at IWL. They helped me remove over 35 lbs, THE HEALTHY WAY! I just celebrated one year in maintenance and continue to be within 2-3lbs of my original goal. It's hard enough making a commitment to any "diet", but their guidance and support to succeed is above and beyond any other program.
After trying many fad diets that didn't work and feeling desperate I gave this diet a try!!! I was definitely addicted to carbs and sugar. I never thought I'd be able to stick to something and not feel hungry 24/7. I have a busy work schedule and 2 boys in sports and I still managed to stick to this. So glad I tried it. Worth every penny!
