I did this program a couple years ago and am back at it again! There are always great food options and the staff is amazing, supportive and super friendly!
I have tried so many diets in my life, and NOTHING has worked like IP. I’ve been on the program with my husband for a month, and we have each lost about 15 lb. The coaches at the leominster clinic are amazing, super supportive, and extremely knowledgeable!
