Do the job right the first time, fix what they are committed to fix the first time they come back. Have been getting a run around from this company since the project was done in August. Have been told that they will be here on a certain day to fix it and have had 4 no shows. Last time they were out was told that it was too hot and they would be back in the evening or next morning to fix, never showed back up. I do not even use this lawn service and today when they were working on my neighbors yard they noticed one of my sprinklers was out and changed it for me at no cost. The lawn service I used was just here and didn’t do a thing! I would highly recommend them and their top of the line service to anyone!
Service was top notch. They showed up ready to go and man did they work fast. I had a tree planted and my yard scalped to get ready for the season. Definitely will be using them again.
Ideal Lawn and Landscape has been excellent to work with! From replacing French drains to building a fence at a great price on short notice, these guys work hard and get the job done! I look forward to using them more in the future!
