I'd leave zero stars if that was an option. On 5/18/2021 I paid Ideal Image $2400.00 for a series of Ultherapy treatments. The Ideal Image sales consultant sold this to me as a painless procedure. I went in for the first treatment on May 22nd at 1:30 and it was SOOOO extremely painful I couldn't even get through the first treatment. At this time they said I could apply the money that I had paid to any of the other treatments available at the spa. Scheduling/ the front desk staff are the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!! They make room when you first sign up for a treatment but after you’ve signed and committed to a contract of 9+ visits, they no longer have ANY availability. The front desk staff is BEYOND RUDE! They frequently put you on hold for 20 minutes then pick up in order to hang up on you. They NEVER return voicemails. When trying to make a 5 minute appointment 6-8 weeks in advance, I was told the first available appointment wouldn’t be for 10+ weeks PAST the 6-8 weeks the... read more
Definitely don’t recommend. Terrible customer service. I was unable to find them as they are hidden inside of a large building not visible from the street. The GPS doesn’t direct you to the right place. There is no parking anywhere near and you have to walk around and cross an intersection to find them. They don’t pick their phone. I was running behind because I was lost and unable to find where they were located. I finally arrive 15-16 min late for several hours of procedure. They tell me to have a seat. I wait 5 minutes.
