I am a former client who purchased a laser hair removal package that included a lifetime guarantee, which was a key factor in my decision. With the South Florida locations now closed, I have received no communication on how to continue services or honor the lifetime guarantee. This is very concerning, as services were prepaid with the expectation of long-term access. I am requesting that Ideal Image provide clarification on how they plan to support existing clients and honor these agreements.
Show up to my appointment and they are closed, the salon it’s empty. Calling and no response. I am still being charged for the services.
They closed without even sending an email to customers?! I had no idea until I called. What happens to contracts now? I sent an email 2 weeks ago, no response so far.
I’m super pissed the company shut down without notice. They are permanently closed and took my money!!!!!
