The worst location ever, i don't recommend this location at all...i had an appointment today and i was there 10 minutes earlier, they simply said that they canceled my appointment because the person who was supposed to work with me is doing sculpting treatmnet for someone...they told me that i can wait all day at their location and they MAYBE able to fit me that day, and maybe not because only one person is working and she has back to back appointments..basically they double book their appointments and cancel the one with ch... read more

Multiple scheduling issues over the last year (post COVID). Unable to get treatments when I arrive because they were booked incorrectly, wasting time and gas. Then they try to book you at other locations other than Colleyville, they said I could have an appointment in Garland, 40 miles away! Another big red flag is that you cannot contact the manager, company policy. Do not spend your money here, the "deals and packages" are not worth the extremely poor customer service.
