The people here are so caring and welcoming! I love coming here because I feel like I am getting a really good treatment every time!
I had high hopes when I signed up for a membership here, based on promises that specific treatment areas would be fully covered within the agreed time frame. Unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating and disappointing. After just a few sessions, they informed me they would no longer cover some of the areas that were originally included. If I could give no stars I would! They have awful customer service by never returning phone calls. They did not handle my issue and basically told me to get over it. They may need to revisit their membership policies for the injustice I suffered. NEVER GO HERE!!
The Colleyville store is awful!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! They lie to you with unauthorized transactions!!! I have never been more disappointed with a spa!!!
