Please do not go to this place. They do not value customers. Its impossible to book because they never have slots. The tip of the iceberg was i got 10 min late and cancelled my appt and they said i could not wait to see if anyone else get late. Then next day they called me and asked to cancel my membership because i made a scene. OMG this never happened to me! I felt awful. They made me feel like a bad customer, first time in my life. Do not give them ur business!
They promote their Groupon taking your money however they never have available appointments. They don’t provide the services your purchase. The personnel are unprofessional. Will never go back to this location.
Their laser machine is so so good. It does not hurt at all like the ones on places like ideal image. They are also very professional and have great prices.I loved it and highly recommend this place. My technician was Sarah and she was very sweet.
Setrah at Glow ALWAYS does her absolute best to fight those stubborn hairs in my laser appointments! I’m a weenie when it comes to pain and discomfort and she’s sure to give me breaks and make me as comfortable as possible while still giving me an affective treatment! Always have great customer service here, but Setrah also gives me great results! Highly recommend!!!
This medspa is a huge red flag!!! All they do is try to sell you products and treatments to “correct” the mistakes they made. They are always running behind to the point where I couldn’t even get a proper facial because they’re trying to play catch up. I had to attend about 12 treatments of laser hair removal and once I finished my session they were blowing up my phone up almost everyday to try and sell additional treatments.
