Brought my Santa Cruz in for an oil change, and was honestly kind of dreading it, but Missy in the service department was very helpful, and my car was done in an hour and 15 minutes. They changed the oil, addressed two minor recall issues, and when I went to pay, they said there was no charge! Apparently the first couple of oil changes are free? The facility was clean, and spacious. The bathroom and customer lounge were clean, bright and modern. Thanks Ideal Hyundai, and a shout out to Missy for the excellent customer care!
Awful Customer Service. My sister and I pulled up in the front of the door (so we were seen). She and I walked around looking at a few vehicles before going inside. There were 2 salesman sitting @ their desk (on their phones). Never did we get a greeting . We walked around for about 10min and still No acknowledgement. great service
I haven’t even owned a car purchased there for 4 months and it needs a new transmission. It has to come from Korea. The loaner they gave me is a tin can compared to the one I’m making payments on. I would never buy a Hyundai again or a car from this dealership group. And have lately found out that a maintenance package I bought doesn’t cover specific items we discussed. The finance guy we got stuck with after waiting hours lied. What a surprise.
I scheduled an appointment with Missy (Service Specialist) to have my 2 Palisade recalls (Campaign 283 (1st & 2nd Row Seat Belts replaced) and Campaign 292 (adding protective film to the Rear Quarter Glass windows) done at Ideal Hyundai dealership in Frederick, MD (about 40 minutes from my house) instead of a more local Hyundai dealership (due to issues I had with them earlier this year).
