I don't think this guy actually wants to rent houses out. This is probably just a front for some kind of money laundering. Because no way would anybody rent these houses, and even when he has a prospective tenant, he won't rent to them.

Nothing but a scam artist. Trust the bad reviews you read. This guy is very rude and disrespectful. He speaks to you like you are incompetent, constantly cutting you off, and bragging about the money he “makes”. False advertisement for sure. His posts say 100% financing, but when you sit down to do business that is the opposite of what he offers. He does not care at all about his business or his clients.
Worst person I’ve ever dealt with in my history. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He yelled and cussed in front me me and my wife when we went about a listing online. He lies and brags about everything he has to get you to bow down to him and sign your life away. He will scam you. Try to take the house from under you. If you go to him I feel bad for you. I hope he gets his carma. Every positive comment is fake from him. Stay away from this shady scumbag
