I would definitely NOT recommend this store to anyone. I bought a ¨bonded¨ leather living room set from them. In less than 18 months the cushion started to rip. I went to the store and of course its off warranty which is only 90 days. They gave me a replacement cover which I am supposed to pay a technician $75.00 to install. I do not have any pets, nor do I have any small children jumping on my furniture. There is absolutely no reason for furniture to start ripping after 18 months unless it is cheap quality. Went above and beyond in trying to help Mr. Donnelly after his warranty had expired...in short he found us not liable, however I called Mr. Donnelly the next day after I received the judgement in my favor to try and still help him resolve his issue, asked him to call me on Wednesday and we would help, today is Friday and still no word from Mr. Donnelly. ..I guess I tried so that's. All I could do!
If you're anything like me I like good quality furniture. This company is the best. I would'nt buy my furniture from any place
Purchased a Bedroom set there and a youg man name Lorenzo helped me, he told me two weeks for delivery, he called me in 10 days and surprised me by telling me that my bedroom had arrived...really liked my beroom set and the service..Thanks Lorenzo and Ideal
I can only tell you that I had a great experience with Bob the salesman at ideal furniture he was professional and humorous and sold me and my wife a living room set everything went well accept the damage leg witch the store manager came to my house personally took care of the problem My wife is happy so you know I am too. Thank you Bob and ideal furniture

One of the best experience me and wife had from the salesman Larry to the delivery guys they were very helpful letting us know what would fit and what wouldn't I would always shop here for all my furniture needs
