Manager was completely unprofessional The way they treated elderly person he’s lucky I was not there. If the owners want any more of our business which we are a big family with lots of friends he should fire that person or make some sort of Amends i’m sorry I Recommended the store
I went there yesterday with my almost 80 year old mother and there was a set she was interested in. The salesman was pleasant and being that it was Memorial Day weekend and they were offering the floor model she asked about senior discounts or anything else he could do. We are in love with our Furniture that Ideal sold us. Absolutely gorgeous! Lorerenzo was a great salesman, very enthusiastic and willing to help us get the bedroom set of our dreams. I found Lawrence to be a great business man, very straight forward and honest. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!
