Lawrence I am not an angry bitter person that nobody can please. I spent $2,000 on a sofa and chase along with a high top kitchen table set. After 2 years of very little use and no children or pets climbing on it, the material started to peel off to the point where it is trash now. I emailed Ideal along with photos of the couch and never received a reply.
One of the best furniture ever and I have been in this business for a long time
1) We work hard to provide great service, quality and price 2) We are not perfect but no one is but we still try 3) Read the bad reviews and you will see that they are from angry bitter people that no one can please and its obvious from their statements 4) We offer a 1-year manufactures warranty and still work with the customer long after that 5) We have been in Business for 26 years, if we were not good we would have been gone
