Love it here! Staff Is super supportive even If I haven't been great in the diet portion. The personal trainers push just enough to make you feel like you are doing good but never so much I can accomplish the work out. I have lost 11 pounds and like 14 inches, so far. Keep up the great work guys
I love going to Ideal fitness I have been going for about a month and I have more energy. I feel great and lost a few pounds as well. I suggest everyone come. The staff are wonderful people. I have been going now for almost two months and it still feels great to be losing weight and you could not ask for better people to work with. This is the place to work out.
