I just joined Ideal fitness & Weight Loss Center and I am super excited. I started today! The staff is very supportive and I have a very good feeling that this program is going to help me reach my goals! A trainer, a nutritionist, great equipment...I can do this!!

I lost twelve pounds in my first month. It is a comfortable environment as everyone is there to lose or maintain their weight. It is not a competition to see who can lift the most weight. All of the staff are very personable and help you strive to reach your goal each and every time your there!!!!
