Was happy when I first bought my Ariens zero turn, but shortly after it started leaking oil. Was told it was a quick fix, 2-7 day turn around. Here it is a month later needing a new engine and still don't have it. Extremely disappointed with the service. They should have either given me a new machine or at least a loaner, seeing as how this is to run my business.

We appreciate your feedback on what we are doing well and where we need improvement. Unfortunately this was an engine issue that the manufacturer pulled a unit from production to send to us, as there were no units in the distribution chain our hands were tied. We have loaners for our commercial equipment, not our residential machines as this was purchased and this has never happened before.
RecommendedI researched the company and read reviews. I was looking for a specific model of Toro self propelled mower. As soon as I drove into the parking lot I knew I made the right choice. The customers there appeared to have a family like relationship with staff. The knowledge of the salesman about every single product as well as snow blowers was second to none. Excellent service! Best equipment at great prices. We use Ideal Engine & Mower for a of our landscaping needs. Bill is fantastic & super knowledgeable about all of his products. Delivery is fast & convenient. John takes the time to explain every detail of the equipment. Always happy to do business with them! Attention to detail, knowledgeable & genuinely care. Highly recommend!
The service is great, prices reasonable, and I can trust them. The delivery service is a God send for an old guy with a Civic. The only problem is when I go in there, the equipment is so good, that I want to upgrade...such a nice problem, eh.
Great Sales And Great Service At Fair Prices...!!!
What an awesome place! I called there on the day we were having a storm and they had Ariens of all sizes in stock. The guys even waited around for me to come in and show me how the blower worked and familiarize me with the controls since it was my first Ariens. Couldn’t ask for better service and the price was fair. They didn’t raise their prices because of the storm like other places do.
