IDeal dental, and Dr. Gonzalez took their time explaining all the details of the great technology that they use it identifies answers and awareness. Good job to the staff. Appreciate the time they spent with me. I would recommend them to all patients. 👍🏽😊 PS Can you send me an estimate $$$ to repair the front upper central incisor tooth that’s chipped?
The doctor was professional and kind. Pam, the dental assistant, is always a joy and very professional.
I was very disappointed with this location. They never called me back about canceling my dental surgery and rarely pick up the phone when I try to reach them. If it weren’t for the Cibolo location stepping in and contacting me to cover the Schertz office’s mistake, I would have been completely left without care. Communication and reliability really need to improve here.
