I had to get 3 cavities, a crown, and a cleaning. Lots of work and a variety. The communication from the doctors and hygienists was abysmal. They did not tell me what to expect during any of the work. No instructions on caring for a temporary crown. No communication about the process, the actual work it entails, or about follow up. Had a really great visit! Dr. Mendez did my fillings and also took care of a filling for my son, He was patient and made both of us feel comfortable. Randy gave me a super thorough cleaning and was really gentle. Michelle was awesome also friendly and kept everything running smoothly. Really appreciate the whole team. Highly recommend!
