My experience after 4 visits is: Painfull shots, rushed treatment, inaccurate billing. I went through a bad installation visit of my new bridge 3 times before he got it right. Im done. Brady(the dentist) gave the most painfull shots I've had in years. Had teeth cleaned, went in and they only had time for 1 side, wanted a second appointment. They erred going to bill same amount as first visit, would have resulted in over a thousand dollars FOR A TEETH CLEANING!!!
Been going to Ideal Dental for three years for cleanings and Invisalign, staff is very friendly and Dr. Ortiz is great
