My husband and I have been going to Ideal Dental Oak Run for a little bit now and we always have positive experiences. Great communication, booking and even altering appointments is easy, and the staff is wonderful! Would recommend!
Very friendly group and I loved how the staff coordinated Halloween outfits! Great vibe and atmosphere.
I went there to have a tooth removed and the surgeon that removed it wouldn't let my mom in the room when I wanted her to be in there and told me I wouldn't feel anything and while he was removing it I could feel it all I was in so much pain the people in the waiting room knew I was hurting. The guy dropped the drill on my other teeth and instead of apologizing he said "that's just oral surgery " I am a disabled woman who has had to go through enough pain in my life this guy had the nerve to make it to make it worse.
