Dr. Eggleston and Nay Nay were very professional and put me at ease. It had been many years since seeing a dental provider due to a bad experience in another state. I went in very anxious and worried. I appreciate how painless and easy the process was. They explained each step of the process and checked in on me to ensure I was comfortable. The entire team from check-in to checkout was amazing. Recommend this location.
Ms. Nancy has been absolutely amazing, she’s has the best customer service and with up most respect and never failed to go above and beyond. she made us feel like family
I love how they greeted me once I walked in and how amazing communication is with me about my tooth. They were patient and gentle and handled my tooth with care. Amazing staff and service. I’ve never met any better dentist then ideal dental oak run:)
