Wost dental experience ever would not even take my dog for dental care
This location exceeded all my expectations an more tge whole staff was very helpful an kind an the oral surgeon was as well best I've ever had
Initially went to city base location was the worst experience for my son. Referred here for oral surgery. I would drive here every time for the care and great service they showed my son today. Staff was amazing helpful even helped him with his insurance and he paid less than what the other location quoted him because here they know what they’re doing! Thank you so much. Maybe the city base location can get some training from new braunfels location.

I went in for a chipped tooth, on a Saturday the only day I have off. I didn’t even see a doctor yet and they were already telling me the doctor can’t help me today because she has another patient in a few coming in and then after that they close (mind you I had this scheduled for a week already and I already had waited an hour). They wanted me to come back at a later date to help me. I will not be returning and would never recommend.
