Absolutely Amazing. The entire staff was kind and professional. Jabria did an amazing job deep cleaning my teeth. I can not thank Ideal Dental entire Staff enough. Jabria Jabria Jabria....I do not want anybody else to ever touch my teeth again, except YOU. Thank you so much.
The staff was very friendly and worked me in. They went above and beyond. They made me feel comfortable.
Not impressed with initial call, they offered no help at all for my two basic questions. Wouldn't even answer if they accepted my insurance. Not the kind of dentist I look for. Said I would have to make an appointment, before I would know if they would cover my plan. Most places have offered to take my number and then let me know.
I’m terrified of the dentist and today Heather made my experience wonderful. I didn’t get shamed about my cavities or the fact that I haven’t kept up with the dentist. They didn’t make me feel bad once for my dental problems and while I’m still nervous for my next appointment everything went really smooth. Heather really helped by the constant reassurance and telling me the next steps!
