The receptionist was unprofessional. She called my insurance on speakerphone and then asked for personal info to input. I questioned it and she seemed to have an attitude about it. Overall dentist was nice but I was charged money for a service that I was told insurance doesn't cover. Claim sent after visit and so called service doesn't even appear on claim. This is very fishy. Take caution if you need to go here
I had my teeth cleaned today and the dental hygienist did a great job. Sorry I don't remember her name. My teeth feel really cleaned and I am very happy with their service. I will keep coming back. Thank you Ideal Dental!
