First time coming here and I had a good experience.
Dr. Pickett and Team are wonderful from the front desk team to the dental assistants! I'm so happy to be apart of the Ideal family! Gentle hands, frequent pain level check while cleaning and working on the fillings, breaks when I needed to rest my mouth accomodations I never knew I needed lol ♥️. Can't wait to see you guys in two weeks!!!
Woke up unexpectedly on a Saturday morning having lost a crown, and I was so relieved to find this office open and able to help me the same day. From the moment I called to request an appointment, everyone was courteous, professional, and incredibly accommodating. I was seen quickly and had my crown replaced without any issues. Dr. Salem was wonderful, and KC, my dental assistant, was also fantastic — both made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the visit. First time visiting and it was as good as you could ask for. All the staff were friendly, nice and thorough. The doc took their time to explain everything in detail which was much appreciated!
