RecommendedVery knowledgeable excellent and great job on taking care of my son.
Very first thing they asked me about when I arrived was money and the balance owed. Not even a hello. Payment is most important to them. At least pretend you’re happy to have customers.
Absolutely HATE this clinic and will be looking to go elsewhere.
The follow ups and returned calls need serious improvement.
They do not warranty their work! Crowns fell out and they needed to be fixed and they refused to warranty their work because we switched to a dentist closer to our home-even though it does state in their website they will repair crowns if you have an issue. I do NOT recommend this place.
Dr. Pinckney is by far the nicest, most gentle dentist ever! The staff was very welcoming and super friendly. They worked me in same day and worked around my schedule. Very professional and makes you feel at home!

I went in to get my wisdom teeth extracted and I was a bit anxious walking in. When I went back to the room and sat the the chair I started crying because I was so nervous. The dental assistant or hygienist savannah put me at ease so quickly. My heart rate was ridiculously fast and blood pressure kept going up and she just sat and talked to me. The dr was just as reassuring when I met him. We were in and out quickly. Everyone there was great and amazing bedside manner! Thank you so much
