My husband needs a crown and bridge. They shaved his canine down so far he's in severe pain. He went back one already because the tech broke his temporary crown and let him leave with it l. He went back because of pain and got it redone correct. He is still in pain when he's not supposed to be. I called to talk to the receptionist/manager Maria about it and she argued with me over the phone. Wouldnt let me speak. She seems to know his pain better than him. Very unprofessional. Very rude. We tried this dentist out when my long time dentist stopped taking my insurance last year. When my wife and I visited, they spent a majority of the time trying to sell us whitening systems or products. Their equipment is not well maintained. When I sat down, I grabbed the arm of the chair and it came off. Tech asked if I was okay and then made a comment about how they had been waiting for someone to come fix it. I walked into this office scared and in pain. The staff was amazing from start to end!! I’m so grateful for how much effort was put into setting me at ease and helping me through my wisdom tooth extraction!! Thank you to each of you!!
