Took my fiancé in to Ideal Dental in concord. Dr. Kayleigh & her staff were super amazing, very polite, they spoke to you, explained everything, very nice people and trusting, couldn’t ask for a better experience!!!

Today I had a consultation for Invisalign. My appointment was at 8:30 AM, but I wasn’t called until 9 o’clock. I was told that the front desk did not check me in even though that was the first place I stopped by to submit my new insurance before sitting down. Then I didn’t get looked at until 9:30 AM and the conversation was about 10 minutes and I left.
