This was a new location & I went to Ideal for the 1st time. They told me that I had to pay $195 because I had a spot that needed to be fixed and I paid it but I don’t know if she did anything!! I have insurance that pays for cleanings twice a year and that’s what I was there for. The location didn’t even last a year it closed down and a year later I start getting bills for $195! I had a great time here. My dentist was so professional and kind and perfectly detailed. So sad to hear that this office will be closing. I was so ready to have this be my dentist for many years to come.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Ideal Dental. As a new resident in the area, I scheduled an appointment expecting what I believed would be a routine six month cleaning. Instead, my first visit turned into an almost two-hour consultation, including X-rays, and suggested panoramic X-Rays (which I denied) and then recommended treatments, and follow up quotes that I was asked to sign off on. Friendly team, fast and caring service . Dr McDowell was informative , caring and made the process easy !
