I had a wonderful first appointment with the hygienist at this practice Ideal Dental last week. He was friendly gentle thorough and explained everything he was going to be doing as the cleaning was happening. He asked me to let him know if I was feeling any sensitivity while he was using the equipment and said he would change the way he was cleaning if necessary. It all went well and I am very happy with my visit to this dental practice. Thank you so much.
I will never go to this place again - I paid at the time of service over $700 then they are hounding me more than 6 months later for $45 more... what in the world??
