I don't leave reviews much. But Ideal really went above and beyond for me even with some odd circumstances like my insurance not working correctly. Really everyone from the front and back counters to the doctor. I've definitely found my dentist.
I was on vacation and had an emergency. Yes I called and they got me in the same day. They made me feel as if I wasn't going to pay and to "make sure they get the payment while was there since I'm from out of state". Yes I did pay my bill in full before receiving treatment. Now I have received my eob from my insurance company and I over paid. I called the office and they are now refusing to reimburse the over payment. This is at the forney location.
Ok, I just had the worlds best dentist experience!! I've never laughed so much at a dentist, had such little pain (like none), was given all the time I needed to ask questions and every employee was beyond kind and thoughtful! Dr Holmes spent so much extra time with me explaining anything I asked about. New technology and very comfortable atmosphere. Love my new Dentist, she is awesome. The staff is supper friendly too.
Convinced my fiancé to have sealant put on our daughters teeth. Apparently in less than 5 months the sealant falls off and a cavity pops up on said tooth. Yet, she never has had a single cavity. They always have different dentists circling through their sites and it's just very unprofessional and very impersonal. Will be finding an actual dentist location that doesn't change. All about the Benjamin's.
