I had a good experience 3 months ago for an ortho check at this Bulverde office. I went back the next day to inform them that a wire was bothering me and if it could be clipped. The female tech made me feel dumb for coming back to address my concern. She was rude and talked over me. I came back today for an ortho check after COVID and thankfully Randy was there to check my braces. Just had to come on here to give a second review to this wonderful place because they have put up with me so much these past couple of months! Like I am SURE they are sick of me by now but they absolutely do not make me feel that way. They are knowledgeable, respectful and care so much about their patients. This is the absolutely best dentist! From the front desk to the dentist, they are so kind and amazing bedside manner ❤️ My 10yr old said he loves these people here too.

I received prompt and great service here and I felt compelled to show my appreciation. My crown fell out at work and rushed to the closest dental office to my office. Even though I was not an existing customer and the office was close to closing on a Friday evening I was kindly accomodated and had my smile restored within 45 mins.
