Brings to mind "Cheers." I walk in and everybody knows my name. The staff is super friendly and courteous. It seems everyone is invested in providing the best care and making the experience a pleasant one. Dr. Shafer's bedside manner makes the patient feel comfortable enough to ask questions about the care he or she is receiving at any time. He always responds with alacrity. I'm very satisfied about the quality of dental care I am receiving.

I broke a tooth Tues. while eating. Dr. Shafer worked me in at 7am the next morning. I always appreciate the professionalism and kindness of Dr. Shafer and his staff. I highly recommend this office.
Everyone there is really nice and very was attentive to my needs. I had a root canal with minimal pain. They set up a plan, that will work best for me and my insurance, to take care of my teeth.
