I just visited to get a custom logo engraving on my watch band. It was incredibly well done, quick, and at a very fair price. I’ll definitely come back for future needs. A word of warning, I used the “Contact Us” form on their site to get a quote, and Gmail sent their response to spam, so make sure to check your Junk folder and mark as “Not Spam”.
I can’t say enough good things about Tan. He made me a custom ring at not only a much better price than anywhere else but also an insanely quick turn around time. He was so good about communicating with me and so professional. This guy is a magician. Can’t put it into much better words. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Incredibly good service! I've been trying to find somewhere to get a silver ring resized and other stores were extremely unhelpful. Came here and Tan was amazing! In and out in 20 minutes. Talked through everything and gave a very reasonable price.
I had a wonderful experience with Ideal Cut Jewelers in Dupont. The jeweler was friendly, professional, and very honest about both the price and turnaround time. My ring is a more complicated 18k diamond scroll band, and he did a beautiful job resizing it while also polishing it up so it looks absolutely gorgeous again. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing, and after being there for 9 years, it shows. I’m so happy with the result and would definitely trust him with my jewelry again.
