Had a chain repaired here and it was extremely fast and reasonably priced (next day pick-up!). The chain was not only repaired but also cleaned, which wasn't something I asked for so it was a very nice surprise. 10/10, definitely come here if you get a chance!
I came here with a ring that was TERRIBLY done by a different jeweler a week before my engagement shoot and basically asked Tan to perform miracle, and he delivered!!! He took what I gave him and completely redesigned my ring and stones into something lovely and did it in record time. HIGHLY recommend going to Ideal Cut jewelers.
I’ve come to Ideal Cut serval times now for various reasons (ring resizing, repair, cleaning, etc) and the service is always spectacular. My jewelry always looks better than before and the services are all so affordable! I’ll definitely be returning here for all of my jewelry needs.
