From the first moment we met for an estimate they were very helpful with information explaining exactly what they do and why. They were very patient with our many questions and helpful when I came time to make a rather daring color choice. Hiring Ideal Custom Flooring is a no-brainer! As an architect I value the beauty and function a 60yr old hardwood floor can have. Ideal Custom Flooring must have magic sandpaper or magic stain brushes because the floor grain is so vibrant, so memorable, everyone's first comment is how beautiful the refinished hardwood looks.
