IDEAL is phenominal contractor that really, really "cares." They have done excellent work for the Piquette Museum in Detroit. They pay incredible attention to all details on the job. Each employee, from the trades workers right through the upper management, are on a common mission to be professional, thorough, communicate clearly with the customer and treat our employees and our 120-year-old building with respect. IDEAL is always welcome in our building.
Had one of their drivers try to run me off I69 this afternoon. Came right in my lane because he was apparently butthurt he was getting passed in the right lane. If it bugs you so much, get over. The right lane is for passing, not your private lane.
It's a bold choice to drive recklessly and aggressively in a company truck. Avoid avoid avoid.
Came here to add that the company drivers are in fact a poor representation of this company as other reviews have stated. Getting honked at and tailgated at 6:50 in the morning in Ann Arbor because I chose not to plow through some geese crossing the road. Would not recommend this company to anyone and if I ever heard anyone considering them I would advise them not to.
This contractor was awarded an excavation job next to UM stadium and had to be stopped until they submitted a Miss Dig ticket. Completely unacceptable with all the underground utilities in the immediate area!
