While serving on my HOA Board, we worked with Ideal Construction for our parking lot replacement from Asphalt to concrete. They were efficient and worked in a timely manner as we had limited access around the complex while the work was being completed. No project seemed too small for them. We have had to break it up into phases for budget reasons. We hired an engineer to help oversee the project. Everyone worked well together and it passed inspections. I would recommend Ideal for other commercial type jobs.
