They do nothing to improve the community. Lights are out everywhere. The pool still isn’t open, parking is never enforced. What am I paying for. Might be time for a class action lawsuit to get our HOA fees back.
During a pandemic with children home full time theysthey a notice that chalk was not allowed on the walls within my own yard. Chalk. Because children need something to do while they're home and the neighborhood playgrounds are closed. I've complied with every little notice they've sent. But this is ridiculous.
I do not recommend them.
There is WORST Management ever. Should go in to JAIL for lots of ILLEGAL behaviors to Residents and Community.
