I’ve been using Ideal for at least 10 years. They always save the day!
Got sent out a guy by the name of James. He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure everything was done properly. Had to have Him stop twice for reasons that were not job related. He didn’t give any lip. He was very respectful and did what was asked all around. Great guy and great company will definitely use them again if needed.
If your AC is not working...DO NOT CALL THIS Company. My AC went out and when we went through our home warranty program, they set up a WO with a 24-Hour guarantee to call back. Well, they didn't call so, I called them to schedule. The man who answered which I assume is the owner, vey abruptly told me and I quote "Well, your gonna have to wait at least a week and a half". I said, even if my AC is out and he said "yep". Wow, not even a "I am sorry, we can't service" or at least "let us check it out". Nothing! Very rude custome... read more

We have used Ideal Comfort twice now in the past month and they have been great both times. They were able to get someone out to our house by next day, if not the same day. The technician was quick and efficient. They didn't try to upsell and explained everything. Definitely will use them in the future and will recommend to friends!
