If your AC is not working...DO NOT CALL THIS Company. My AC went out and when we went through our home warranty program, they set up a WO with a 24-Hour guarantee to call back. Well, they didn't call so, I called them to schedule. The man who answered which I assume is the owner, vey abruptly told me and I quote "Well, your gonna have to wait at least a week and a half". I said, even if my AC is out and he said "yep". Wow, not even a "I am sorry, we can't service" or at least "let us check it out". Nothing! Very rude custome... read more

We have used Ideal Comfort twice now in the past month and they have been great both times. They were able to get someone out to our house by next day, if not the same day. The technician was quick and efficient. They didn't try to upsell and explained everything. Definitely will use them in the future and will recommend to friends!
I reached out to this business because they had a contract with our home warranty company. I tried to explain our air conditioning issues and that it was an emergency because we have a daughter with health issues and the heat will affect them. From the start he was very rude saying he no longer wants to work with the warranty company and keeps telling them that.
